Required years of Experience:

Sr. Performance Engineer: 3 years of extensive hands - on development / automation with Application Performance Engineering / Tuning exposure.

Position Description:

As a Software Development Engineer (SDET) with a passion for Performance Testing and Tuning , you will develop and execute tests , and analyze software performance. You will work with the global team and across products to ensure all the aspects of Performance are considered , measured and tuned.

You have a track record of developing / tuning software , and are passionate about designing and engineering Performance tests for enterprise software applications over multiple releases.

Excellent communication skills , a keen attention to detail , and a passion for learning new technology and building high quality , scalable , reliable , available and performant software.

Responsibilities:

Understand complex application architecture , pinpoint problem areas and highlight areas of performance improvement.

Work with multiple product teams to design , create , execute and analyze performance tests

Troubleshoot performance issues , identify and recommend performance tuning opportunities.

Partner with technical teams to support remediating bottlenecks.

Create automated performance acceptance tests as part of the SDLC.

Stay abreast of development / performance / QA industry best practices , methodologies and standards.
