Job Description

  • customer Onboarding:
    • assist In The Onboarding Process For New Customers, Including Setting Up Accounts And Providing Initial Training On Our Products And Services.
    • ensure That Customers Have A Smooth And Positive Start With Relinns Technologies.
  • customer Support:
    • provide First-Level Support To Customers By Addressing Their Queries And Resolving Issues Promptly.
    • collaborate With The Customer Success Team To Escalate And Resolve More Complex Issues.
  • customer Engagement:
    • support The Implementation Of Customer Engagement Initiatives And Activities.
    • assist In Organizing Customer Feedback Sessions And Surveys To Gather Insights And Identify Areas For Improvement.
  • documentation And Reporting:
    • maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions And Feedback In The Crm System.
    • assist In Preparing Reports And Documentation Related To Customer Success Activities.
  • team Collaboration:
    • work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Product, And Support, To Ensure A Cohesive Approach To Customer Success.
    • participate In Team Meetings And Contribute To The Development Of Customer Success Strategies.
qualifications:
  • currently Pursuing Or Recently Completed A Bachelor s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
  • strong Interpersonal, Communication, And Organizational Skills.
  • ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion.
  • proficiency In Ms Office Suite And A Willingness To Learn Crm Systems.
  • detail-Oriented With Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
  • motivated Self-Starter With A Passion For Customer Success And Relationship Management.
