Job Description

Designation: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive Preferred Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Experience & Age: 1-3 years of experience in payments, banking, customer service, or a related domain Industry Preferences: Insurance, Education, NBFC, Utility Payments, Ecommerce, Telecom, Financial Services. Role in the current company:

  • Classifies business opportunities by identifying prospect customers through cold calling, referral, research & networking
  • Easily collaborates with internal teams
  • End to End sales and relationship management
  • Experience with solutioning, sales of products, platforms, offerings into various verticals.
  • Creating value addition for clients

Job Profile: Required Skills

  1. Experience in Product, Platform sales
  2. Experience in Bill Payments and Recharges will be added advantage
  3. Ability to handle multiple queries and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication.
  5. Should have strong analytical skill in giving smart & effective solutions to the client.
  6. Agreement closure (independently taking the likely prospect to the logical closure and make him live in the system with documentation/ agreement in place)
  7. Regularly performing the sales discipline processes of reports/report formats expected from time to time
  8. Knack to interact with relevant authorities in the organization
  9. Familiarity with payment gateways, UPI, wallets, and banking systems is a plus

  1. Implementing sales plan for achievement of organizational goal in terms of revenue and profitability targets
  2. Generating business in new segments/markets/products in the allocated categories
  3. Should independently handle end to end sales
