  • Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions, including room assignments and billing.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels of amenities and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
