Assistant Production Engineer @ Samco Flex Ducts

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid production delays.
• Support in maintaining production schedules and meeting output targets.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Identify and report any operational issues or deviations to the senior engineers.
• Participate in process optimization, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation of production data, daily reports, and inventory usage.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Support in training shop-floor workers on new processes or machinery.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day production activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good understanding of AutoCAD 2D and MS Excel.
• Diploma (Mechanical).
