Key Responsibilities:
Platform Strategy Development:
Develop and execute tailored strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Analyze audience demographics and trends to optimize content and outreach.
Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
Manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent content distribution and timely posts.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, influencers, and industry communities.
Respond to comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide monthly reports to stakeholders on social media performance, growth metrics, and campaign outcomes.
Brand Advocacy & Influencer Collaboration:
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
Ensure brand voice and guidelines are maintained across all social media platforms.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to continually innovate and improve social media presence.
Experiment with new formats such as reels, stories, and LinkedIn articles to engage diverse audiences.
