Job Title: Risk Compliance Analyst Part-Time Contract (US EST Hours)
Job Type: Part-Time | Freelance / Contract
Location: Remote (Must be available during US EST business hours)
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Contract Duration: 5 months (extendable)
About the Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take on flexible freelance work. We are hiring a Risk Compliance Analyst on a part-time contract basis to support ongoing compliance, IT audit, and risk management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SOX compliance, IT audits, and enterprise risk management, with relevant certifications such as CISA and CRISC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support IT audit and SOX compliance activities across business units.
- Perform IT risk assessments and assist in identifying control gaps and areas of improvement.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document, test, and enhance ITGC (IT General Controls).
- Assist in preparing audit documentation, control matrices, and risk reports.
- Contribute to the improvement of IT risk and compliance frameworks and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, or audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of SOX, ITGCs, and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with risk assessments, control testing, and audit preparation.
- Certifications: CISA, CRISC (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Prior experience working with global or cross-functional teams is a plus.
