This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual who will oversee the development and maintenance of scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily development workflows, prioritizing and resolving software issues, and ensuring smooth deployments. You'll work hands-on with PHP, MySQL, and modern development tools to deliver robust solutions that meet both technical standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will develop and maintain scalable web apps using PHP, JavaScript, microservices, and MySQL
- You will ensure clean code, manage deployments, and maintain version control.

- You will work with product, QA, and sales to meet business goals.
- You will make key tech decisions and enforce best practices.
- You will design a scalable, future-ready system architecture.

- You will track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- You will stay updated with new tools to improve product and process.
