Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist with 510 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science methodologies and tools, along with a passion for solving complex business problems through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects: from problem definition, data exploration, model development, and validation to deployment and monitoring.
- Apply a strong foundation in classical machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, and optimization methods) and deep learning frameworks.
- Develop scalable AI solutions using tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in AI/ML workflows, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights and solutions.
- Translate technical outcomes into business value and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth.
Preferred Domain Expertise
- Experience in the retail domain is highly desirable.
- Ability to design AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for challenges such as:
- Supply chain optimization
- Customer behavior and segmentation analytics
- Personalized recommendations
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Experience leading and delivering impactful data science projects in a business context.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
