Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Software Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate thrives in solving technical challenges, writing clean and efficient code, and contributing positively to team and client collaborations. Key Responsibilities:

• You will develop and maintain backend applications, primarily using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter preferred).
• You will work on API development, integration, and backend logic handling.
• You will collaborate with frontend developers to implement UI/UX elements with supported backend code.
• You will handle relational databases (MySQL is a must) and optionally work with NoSQL solutions like MongoDB.
• You will also implement and maintain reusable and testable codebases.
• You will collaborate with QA and support teams for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring high code quality.
• You will also contribute to client communications where necessary, especially for time zone-aligned support.
• You will continuously improve development processes and contribute ideas for system improvements.

Candidate Profile:

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge and 3+ years of experience in PHP backend development.
• Proficiency in MySQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and data formats like JSON and XML.
• Basic frontend knowledge: HTML, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Familiarity with Git and code repositories (Bitbucket preferred).

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Node.js or Python.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Dashboard creation and data visualization experience.
• Familiarity with AWS services or interest in cloud platforms.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
