Job Description

Technical Support Engineer

Requirements:

5+ Years of experience in technical support roles.

Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), Operating systems (Linux) and hardware configurations.

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues through email or conference call.

Troubleshooting technical problems and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.

Understanding and diagnosing software and hardware issues.

Collaborating with product development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Investigating and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support or development teams as needed.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualification:

Any Graduate
