Job Description

Management of the front desk.
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointment
Managing Hiring process of the company
Managing all records of the employees including their attendance and salaries.
Managing and updating social media pages of the company
In charge of all office operations like managing stationary, housekeeping, catering etc
Attending incoming outgoing calls and managing emails.
Preparing and editing reports, presentations, minutes of meetings etc
Responsible for payments of bills.
In charge of utilities and maintenance of furniture and other office properties
Responsible for booking of services for the company like booking hotels, travel, tickets etc.
