Position Title: Lead Software Engineer/Lead Mean Stack Developer

Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities):
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using MongoDB,
Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
- Architect and implement robust, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and hands-on coding.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality code with focus on reusability, testability, and maintainability.
- Handle complex debugging, performance tuning, and scalability challenges.
- Enforce and improve software engineering standards across the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in JavaScript, frameworks, and cloud-native solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of total experience in web application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with the MEAN Stack MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (latest), Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Cloud platforms (AWS).
- Proficiency in Git-based workflows, code reviews, and Agile development practices.
- Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and data modeling.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.12+ years of total experience in web application development.
