Desired Candidate Profile

To better understand OneNote customer feedback, categorize the feedback, identify top issues/feature requests, etc. Customer feedback information will then be leveraged improve product quality and overall user experience.

Experience:
Software testing experience, including 2 plus years in Windows client/server environment or Mac/iOS environment, and 2 years development and/or database administration experience using a Microsoft product. Solid knowledge of software quality assurance practices. Must have solid understanding of software development cycle. Demonstrated project management and data analysis ability preferred.

Typical Tasks:
- Investigate bug reports (from customers and automated alerts) and arrive at root cause
- Fix bugs
- Develop features and make enhancements for Outlook Connectors
- Monitor alerts and raise bugs

Test experience
Clear communication and organizational skills
Familiar with OneNote and Office software
