Job Description
Espire Infolabs is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE) a strategic hub that will drive innovation, standardization, and enterprise-wide enablement of GenAI capabilities. This role goes beyond technology leadership; it is pivotal in shaping the organizations AI-first future, embedding ethical and responsible AI practices into core business functions, and unlocking transformative value through intelligent automation, hyper-personalization, and content generation.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in large language models (LLMs) and generative technologies, paired with a proven track record of enterprise change leadership, stakeholder influence, and governance excellence. As the face of GenAI within the organization, this leader will inspire teams, empower experimentation, and establish frameworks that allow GenAI to scale securely, responsibly, and strategically across all business units.
Strategic Vision & AI Roadmapping
- Define the enterprise-wide GenAI strategy, use-case prioritization, and adoption roadmap.
- Align GenAI initiatives with organizational business goals and digital transformation plans.
- Champion responsible AI adoption with a clear focus on business value and risk mitigation.
Deep AI/GenAI Expertise
- Strong understanding of GenAI models (LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, etc.).
- Expertise in AI/ML platforms, APIs (OpenAI, Azure, Google, etc.), and AI development tools.
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning, hallucination risks, tokenization limits, and model hosting.
Platform Strategy & Technical Architecture
- Define standards for model selection, hosting (cloud vs on-prem), API orchestration, and prompt frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures.
- Evaluate platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.
Talent Development & Knowledge Sharing
- Upskill teams with GenAI learning paths, certifications, and labs.
- Mentor AI teams, prompt engineers, and business analysts.
- Partner with academia or training providers for cutting-edge GenAI programs.
