Job Description

Wireless Provisioning Specialist


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Provisioning: Configure and provision wireless equipment, including cellphones, routers, and other related devices, across multiple networks.
  • Real-time Customer Assistance: Offer support to users over the phone by addressing technical support problems, resolving their wireless connectivity issues, and providing effective solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose & troubleshoot device and network related issues while taking necessary steps to resolve them effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks and ensure that wireless services meet the company's standards for reliability, speed, and security on various devices across multiple networks.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and service requests, keeping them up to date for reference and auditing purposes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with network engineers, technicians, and other team members to coordinate, maintenance, and improvements.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and to assist customers.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of network troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience: Proven experience in wireless provisioning and network management.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of wireless technologies, protocols, and equipment.
  • Security Knowledge: Familiarity with security best practices for wireless network management.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to network and hardware upgrades as the company grows and evolves.
