Job Description

Role & responsibilities:
  • Personal Executive Assistant completes clerical tasks for senior-level staff member.
  • Their main duties include answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings etc.
  • Personal Assistants may assist with purely business tasks such as scheduling, taking and preparing meetings.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging.
    Requirements
    Qualification:

    • 3+ years of relevant experience in assisting the officers, computer knowledge, MS office o r suitable officials retired from Govt./PSU
