Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in managing end-to-end project lifecyclesfrom project initiation to final delivery. The ideal candidate should come from an IT services background and possess mandatory experience in handling enterprise clients. The candidate must be well-versed in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering technology projects involving cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders. Experience in managing projects involving tech stacks such as web/app development, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise platforms will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
- Create and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- Drive projects through all phasesfrom initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
Team Collaboration:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and possibly distributed teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor team members, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for enterprise-level clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment of goals, deliverables, and expectations.
- Provide timely updates through dashboards, reports, and client-facing presentations.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure prompt resolution and escalate critical blockers when needed.
Quality Assurance & Governance:
- Ensure project outputs meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
- Adhere to organizational and client-specific compliance, documentation, and delivery frameworks.
Documentation & Metrics Tracking:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, status reports, and closure reports.
- Track project KPIs such as delivery timelines, budget adherence, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Mandatory:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, covering full lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
- Strong experience managing enterprise clients in an IT services environment.
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in managing remote/distributed teams.
- Familiarity with hybrid project management approaches.
- Exposure to managing tech stack-related projects (e.g., Java, .NET, React, AWS, Azure, etc.).
