Skill Set:

Core Java, J2EE, Spring, REST web services, Hibernate, Design patterns ,Threading.
Any database Mysql/Oracle
GUI- any front controller ReactJS, Angular (optional)
Microservices(Mandatory), any one of message queue(Active mq, Rabbit mq, Kafka) is mandatory
Any domain (telecom is added advantage).
