Role : HR Executive
Work Location : Mumbai (WFO)
Duration : 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for field and support staff under
- Maintain attendance records, leave tracking, and ensure timely payroll inputs
- Prepare and manage employee documentation, including offer letters, ID cards, and police verifications
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires, including compliance with project requirements
- Address HR-related grievances and ensure timely resolution in coordination with CMS central HR
- Ensure contract staff adhere to organizational policies and code of conduct
- Maintain database of deployed staff, deployment locations, and rotation schedules
- Coordinate training, skill refreshers, and periodic performance evaluations
- Monitor statutory compliance including ESI, PF, and insurance documentation
- Provide regular HR MIS reports for project management
- Assist in employee exit formalities and clearance documentation
- Serve as a liaison between field staff and project administration for any HR queries Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a project-based, field-intensive, or contractual manpower setup
Knowledge of applicable labor laws, statutory compliance, and workforce documentation
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
