Job Description
- Team Building and Management: Building high-performing teams, assigning goals & objectives, and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Performance Management: Setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediating conflicts within the team and between stakeholders.
- Guide team members professional growth by establishing career paths that include technical, soft-skill, and communication mastery.
- Communication: Effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Expectation Management: Setting clear expectations and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Identification: Identifying potential risks and assessing their impact.
- Risk Mitigation: Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Contingency Planning: Creates contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.
- Problem-Solving: Analyzing complex technical problems and providing solutions.
- Decision-Making: Making informed decisions based on technical and business considerations.
- Planning and Execution: Creating comprehensive project plans, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and takes corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Budget Management: Manages project budget, monitoring burn rates, and optimizing resource utilization.
- A bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Management & Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 8+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, with a record of delivering successful implementations.
- 5+ years experience in People Management
- Salesforce Admin Cert preferred
- Other Salesforce Certs are a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Business Analyst certification is a plus
- Excellent US English verbal and written skills required
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills to drive team performance effectivel
