The person will collaborate closely with senior management and various departments to drive HR initiatives aligned with the company's people-centric goals and values. This role plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture, talent acquisition and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
2) Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
3) End to End recruitment & Onboarding new employees.
4) Prepare HR-related documentation & reports as needed.
5) Drive employee relations initiatives, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
6) Employee Engagement & handle end to end employee life cycle.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Proven experience of at least 1+ years into recruitments & employee management.
3) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
4) Immediate joiners preferred.
