Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Data Entry Specialists, with a preference for those who have exceptional typing skills and experience in medical coding. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the U.S. job market while helping candidates achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Submit job applications on behalf of job seekers
Conduct research on job roles and employers to gain a thorough understanding of the requirements and expectations
Communicate with job seekers to gather relevant information about their skills and experience
Ensure applications accurately reflect the job seeker's qualifications
Keep job seekers informed of their application status and provide guidance throughout the process
Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of job seekers at all times
Provide ongoing support and assistance to help job seekers secure employment

Required Qualifications

Exceptional typing skills (mandatory)
Medical coding experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Good English communication skills both written and verbal
Comfortable working remotely
Familiarity with the U.S. job market is a plus, but not required
