Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for interior works, including rate analysis and estimation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate estimates.
Conduct site visits to measure quantities and verify subcontractor bills.
Develop detailed cost estimates based on project requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
