Job Description

• Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial technology sectors.

• Expertise: Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, wallets, and cryptocurrency trading.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with system architecture, cloud computing, microservices, security, and backend engineering.

• Security Acumen: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and practices, particularly in the context of crypto exchanges.

• Leadership: Proven experience building and managing large, high-performing engineering teams.

• Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A combination of equivalent experience and education will also be considered.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations surrounding crypto exchanges and digital assets (AML/KYC, CFTC, SEC regulations).

• Experience with DeFi platforms and decentralized exchanges (DEX).

• Strong connections within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

• Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and market-making.

• Experience working with regulatory bodies on crypto-specific compliance.
