Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment consultancy team focused on hiring for the automobile sector. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles such as mechanical engineers, production supervisors, automotive sales, and R&D profiles for our esteemed automotive clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring needs and job descriptions for roles in the automobile sector.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and references.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client HR teams.

• Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and bulk requirements.

• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure timely closures of positions as per client deadlines.
