Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Role: Recruiter
Walk-in Dates: 29th & 30th April 2025
Time: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM
Experience: 13 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Understand job descriptions and hiring needs by coordinating with internal teams.
• Source candidates from various job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment databases.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support in employer branding and participate in recruitment drives/events.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 13 years of proven experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
• Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Should be willing to work from Jayanagar, Bangalore.
