Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for system configuration check, installation, and configuration of applications for all employees
• Supporting IT team lead in timely closure of IT Helpdesk Tickets pertaining to British Orient Infotel Pvt Ltd, India and Dictate. IT Ltd, U.K as per the SLA.
• Documenting Troubleshooting Steps and creation of Knowledge Base Articles
• Delivering smooth IT related services, asset management, networking, software support and server management for BOIPL.
• Coordinating and supporting IT TL in IT related procurement, deployment, and support as per TAT with various external associates.
• Maintaining software applications, mail server access and firewall renewal yearly
• Maintaining Windows server, FTP, Shared folder, active directory & group policy management
• Maintaining access control systems
• Maintaining antivirus server & client patches
• Tagging all IT related assets and maintaining accurate IT Asset Database
• Adherence to company IT Policies and Processes
• Providing exit support to HR and exit employee by completing credential disabling, software uninstallation and asset return initiation
• Actively participating in ISMS/PIMS audit and ensuring compliances are met as per IT SOP and audit guidelines
