Interview Process- 1 round of virtual interview

Roles&Responsibilities-

• Accurately enter insurance data into the database
• Maintain Insurance Company database
• Maintain quality score
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.

Required Candidate profile-

• Excellent Skills in English communication
• Candidate should be only Mumbai based.
• Candidate should be OK with night shifts and WFO.
• Adaptable and flexible
• Knowledge of excel basics
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Problem-solving skills
• Detail orientation
• Ability to establish strong client relationship
• Stability
