Requisition Job Title: Sr Systems Eng Manager
Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of experience in industrial automation, networking, or systems engineering.5+ years of experience in leading a team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Cybersecurity Professionals and improve resource scalability to meet Cyber demand
- Establish and Grow the Security Operations Centre (SOC)
- Lead a team of Growth architects for Cyber opportunities pipeline growth.
- o CoE team to fast-track time to market for cyber offerings, Operations team for Cyber Project engineering & execution
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
- Work closely with cyber business leaders to strategise for successful delivery, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the Cyber Business Growth plan and strategies. Collaborate with Cyber Leaders to identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives benefiting GBE and employees
- Drive GCSC engagement for cybersecurity projects. Demonstrate value through engineering excellence and technical support.
- Right mix of resource between customer facing & remote functions, Optimise the overall cost of the global cybersecurity team to meet business requirements. Drive engineering productivity through tools and cost-saving strategies.
- Drive improvements to key operational metrics for GCSC like engineering volume, billability, customer satisfaction (NPS), cost, flex %, skills and competencies, COPQ, etc. for Cyber Projects.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to enhance employee career progression and retain top talent through diversity programs.
- Facilitate effective training through GES Academy or other training programmes/certifications to meet project requirements and promote continuous skill development.
- Implement standard HR processes, including succession planning and performance differentiation, while ensuring effective employee communication
