Job Description

1. Business Development and Corporate Sales


  • Identifying Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential corporate clients, such as large companies, insurance providers, and business partners, who may require healthcare services for their employees or customers.
  • Developing Relationships: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and insurance companies to increase patient referrals and partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing sales strategies aimed at increasing hospital contracts with corporate entities, including negotiating corporate health programs, packages, and service agreements.

2. Service Promotion and Cross-Selling


  • Promoting Hospital Services: Effectively presenting and selling the hospitals services to corporate clients (e.g., employee health plans, wellness programs, preventive care services, etc.).
  • Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services, such as specialized treatments, diagnostic services, or wellness programs, to existing clients or partners.

3. Proposal Development and Presentations


  • Creating Proposals: Preparing customized proposals for potential corporate clients based on their specific healthcare needs, outlining services, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Presenting Solutions: Conducting presentations to prospective clients to highlight the hospitals unique offerings, demonstrating value propositions, and addressing client needs and concerns.

4. Negotiating Contracts and Agreements


  • Contract Negotiation: Leading negotiations with corporate clients, insurance providers, and third-party organizations to establish mutually beneficial contracts, including pricing agreements, service terms, and duration.
  • Service Agreement Management: Ensuring that agreements are properly executed and adhered to, managing contract renewals, and addressing any issues that arise in contract fulfilment.

5. Marketing Collateral Development


  • Creating Sales Materials: Collaborating with the internal marketing team to develop sales collateral such as brochures, presentations, service brochures, case studies, and proposals tailored to corporate clients.
  • Digital Sales: Coordinate to develop digital resources like websites, online brochures, and landing pages that are tailored to corporate client engagement.

6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis


  • Analyzing Market Trends: Conducting research to understand market demands, healthcare trends, and emerging opportunities in the corporate health services market.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitors in the healthcare space and adjusting the hospital's sales and marketing strategies to stay competitive in attracting corporate clients.

7. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition


  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Identifying new leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and attending relevant conferences and events.
  • Follow-ups: Managing follow-ups with leads, potential clients, and existing partners to ensure continued interest and engagement with the hospitals offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintaining a detailed sales pipeline to track client acquisition, ensure smooth sales processes, and follow through on each stage from lead generation to contract closure.

8. Client Relationship Management and Retention


  • Customer Service: Acting as a point of contact for corporate clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and ensuring satisfaction with the hospitals services.
  • Retention Strategies: Developing strategies to retain corporate clients, ensuring they renew contracts or expand services with the hospital.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from corporate clients to improve hospital services and strengthen client relationships.

9. Collaboration with Internal Teams


  • Working with Operations: Collaborating with the hospitals operations, healthcare providers, and administrative teams to ensure that the services promoted to corporate clients are being effectively delivered.
  • Coordinating with Marketing: Aligning marketing and sales efforts to ensure that campaigns and promotional efforts are consistent with sales goals.
  • Training and Support: Providing feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and helping design relevant marketing campaigns. Working closely with hospital management and leadership to adjust sales strategies.

10. Tracking Sales


  • Sales Reporting: Tracking sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics. Regularly reporting progress to senior management on sales targets and outcomes.
  • Sales Forecasting: Preparing and updating sales forecasts based on lead generation, market conditions, and current opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Education: A bachelors degree in marketing, business, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in corporate sales, healthcare marketing, or business development, with a strong understanding of hospital services for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with corporate clients effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, sales, and client data.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of the healthcare industry, its challenges, and the services provided by hospitals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Candidate should possess exceptional communication skills Written [English + Kannada] and Verbal [ Kannada + English + Hindi + Tamil + Telugu].
