Java Backend Lead @ Coforge

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel).
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in writing efficient, well-documented code that meets industry standards.
