HIRING FOR LEADING MNC FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ROLE/ IT SUPPORT/ VOICE PROCESS

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using remote access tools like TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.
  
• Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks such as configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
  
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in technical support or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows) and basic networking concepts.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively with international clients.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts; flexible schedule requirements.

Hiring for Bangalore , Pune and Gurugram location

Immediate joiners/ 30 days of notice period is accepted

Flexible with US rotational shift
