Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Paint Shop Incharge will lead the operations of a fully automated robotic paint shop, ensuring optimal performance across Production Planning & Control (PPC), process adherence, manpower supervision, consumable management, audits, cost and productivity initiatives.

This role plays a key part in maintaining paint quality, operational efficiency, safety and continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
