Arcesium seeks an experienced Principal Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success Service Solutions team (CS3) in Client and Partner Development department. The Client Success Service Solutions (CS3) team is dedicated to building lasting partnerships that create value, foster trust, and ensure our clients maximize the full potential of our products and services to achieving the outcomes they desire. What you'll Do
As part of the CS3 team, you will draw on your technical expertise and business acumen and apply the insights you have gained through experience to support the requirements of Arcesiums growing client base, which comprises some of the worlds most sophisticated financial services institutions.
You will:
Partner with Sales Executives during meetings and conversations with high level client stakeholders (eg, C-suite, operations, technology, data managers) to represent Arcesium s technology capabilities and demonstrate how we can accelerate their data strategy. You will follow up by writing proposals and preparing/presenting other relevant materials, and managing expectations by highlighting any unforeseen project risks, suggesting ways they can be mitigated.
Understand and thoroughly analyze a complex data problem by breaking it down into smaller, more manageable sub-problems
Design end-to-end solutions - design relevant data products, define data standards, ensure data quality, and manage data integration across systems
Work with clients during Sales and implementation to define project phases including any proof-of-concepts, with complete execution accountability
Drive new product innovation and software development; suggest ways to reduce costs and improve processes
Work closely with client developers to get them up to speed on Arcesium s technical architecture, integration design discussions, and deliver API and any other technical training.
What you'll Need
10+ years of experience in client-facing roles that required a high degree of consultative and solution skills; experience gained in Banking FinTech is a plus
Software engineering background with proficiency in hands-on coding experience (object-oriented programming languages - Python preferred)
Experience with design knowledge and architecture intelligence
Familiarity with Linux, cloud solutions knowledge (AWS preferred), and data analysis techniques
Experience driving cross-functional medium and large-scale projects across business and technology domains
Strong interpersonal skills: stakeholder management, communication, influencing, persuasion, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships
Have a valid working permit to work in the country
Fluency in English
