Job Responsibilities :We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager for AWS Cloud Services to help us meet our business development, customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our business potential, crafting business development plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. The ideal candidate will possess a sales / business development background and strong technical background.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Business Development Executives / Sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team & AWS Team
Required Candidate profile
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in IT, Computers or relevant stream required.
MBA a plus.
Committed to continuous education through certifications, workshops, seminars and conferences.
CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:Must be AWS Business Professional or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
EXPERIENCE:5+ years of technology sales experience with a focus on outside sales (quota-carrying) Experience
Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing technology deals
Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments
Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customers business
Translate customer business and technology priorities into technology solutions
Proven track record of consistent territory growth and sales quota attainment
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
