Senior Sales Executive @ Fabricasto

Job Description

Identify and target potential clients including developers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and industry events
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Understand client needs and propose suitable architectural/design solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends
• Represent the company at exhibitions, expos, and networking events

Role & responsibilities

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the architecture or construction domain
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Good understanding of architectural and design processes is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Konkani or Portuguese is an advantage
