Job Description

Hello Candidates,


We are seeking an experienced TECHNICAL MANAGER - PROJECT with 15+ years of experience for our Kinshasa, DRC Congo location. Candidate apply only from Infrastructure and Construction background only - No need apply from any Engineering Industry).

Overall in charge of structural and finishing works on site for building. Raising of requirements for manpower, materials andmachinery to carry out necessary activities and preparation of look ahead programs.

Coordinating with Municipal Engineers, Consultant and site architect for approvals and inspections of works. Managing a team of Junior Engineers, foreman and work force for smooth execution of site activities as per schedule.

Dealing with subcontractors and verification of their bill of quantities for payments.

Overall incharge of structural works on site and back of the house finishing works. Reporting to Project Engineer and raising necessary manpower, materials and machinery requirements. Dealing with consultants for site inspections and approvals. Preparation of Weekly productivity reports.

Study and interpret drawing and discuss with Site manager regarding doubts and any indescrepency in drawings. Preparation of bar bending schedule. Monitoring of daily site activities and allocation of works to subcontractors and in house labours. Assisting Project Engineer for land survey, quantity surveying and preparation of measurements for subcontractors. Assisting billing engineer with Client bills.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

B. Tech in Civil Engineering

French Speaker (Mandatory)

15+ Years experience in Construction and project management.

Proficient in studying engineering drawings and implementing them at the site.

Strong leadership skills to manage the site workforce.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.


Benefits: -

Salary Up to USD 3000 per month.

21 days paid annual leave
