The Role

As a Team Leader, youll be responsible for the recruitment delivery and provide line management and leadership for a small team of Recruiters. Team Leader will support the team to meet their relevant targets, KPIs and quality thresholds.
The Team Leader will also deliver excellent recruitment services to the client, managing the end-to-end recruitment process in line with agreed service levels.
Location: Mumbai, Santacruz
Work Model: 5.5 days working (5 days WFO, Half day WFH)
What youll be doing:
- Support recruiters to ensure they are meeting relevant targets.
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with client SLAs.
- Collaborate with Sourcing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidate.
- Act as a point of escalation for challenges raised during the recruitment process.
- Provide pastoral care, training guidance, including supporting recruiters with their own career paths
- Support the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer.
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders
Youll need:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment industry and in team handling.
- Experience of end to end recruitment delivery with expertise in at least one market sector.
- Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies.
- Experience of using recruitment technology and databases.
- Proven ability to work in a highly complex matrix organization.
- Experience of mentoring or coaching.
