Job Description

• Call and counsel students on their education queries
• Share information about colleges, exams, and application processes
• Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads
• Maintain accurate recordsin the CRM
• Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets

• Good communication skills in Kannada/Tamil and English
• Confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
• Prior experience in sales/telecalling/education counselling preferred
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
