Job Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying prospects and closing sales deals over the phone or through digital communication channels. This role involves understanding merchant needs,
presenting product/service solutions, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Responsible for cold calling, sales and business development of all offline retail categories to sell DotPe product.
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads to generate new business opportunities.
Present product/service offerings to potential Merchants in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Close sales deals by effectively addressing Merchants concerns and objections.
Manage end to end sales cycle presentation, commercial negotiation, defining merchant scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely merchant go live.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Be the point of contact for internal & external stakeholder of DotPe
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to maximize efficiency and
effectiveness.
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Responsible for achieving set sales targets.

Qualifications / Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an sales or telemarketing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Expert understanding or selling the lending Business Loan or similar products.
