- Mentor and guide a team of cloud engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Establish partnerships with key technology providers and stakeholders to enhance our cloud capabilities.
- Monitor performance of AI and ML models in production, ensuring continuous optimization and refinement.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the impact and potential of cloud-based AI solutions. Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in cloud technologies and platforms, with a strong focus on AI and ML applications.
- Deep understanding of data processing, modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI and ML, such as Python or R.
