About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls and handle escalation cases.
Responsibilities:- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via call.- Providing product/service information to customers.- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals.
Requirements:- Both Graduate and Undergraduate can apply.- Should be able to fluently speak and write in English and Kannada.- Should having minimum 6 months experience in a domestic premium contact centre as a customer service executive.- System requirement
Shifts: Rotational shift including night shift(Any 9 hour during 24x76 working days with 1 rotational week off)
Salary :CTC 21K, In hand 17k
