AI Trainer - Blender Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced specialist in Blender to record high-quality workflow demonstrations that will be used to train world-class AI agents. The ideal candidate will capture precise, step-by-step processes that AI systems can learn from to replicate professional Blender workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Record detailed Blender workflow demonstrations for AI training purposes
- Ensure consistent quality across all recorded sessions
- Adapt workflows to be clearly interpretable by AI learning systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data collection
- Identify edge cases and common challenges in Blender workflows
- Create varied scenarios that comprehensively cover Blender's feature set
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Blender
- Expert knowledge of Blender's modeling, sculpting, animation, and rendering workflows
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, well-structured tutorials or demonstrations
- Understanding of AI training methodologies (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills for narrating workflows
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with screen recording software and video editing tools
- Portfolio showcasing Blender projects and capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training, creation, or automobile design.
- Background in computer science or AI-related fields
- Familiarity with other 3D software packages
- Understanding of machine learning principles
