Job Description
AI Trainer - Blender Specialist
Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Blender specialist to create high-quality workflow demonstrations that will help train next-generation Computer Use AI Agents. Ideal candidates will be industrial designers or 3D artists with 4-5 years of Blender experience who can deliver precise, step-by-step processes that AI can learn and replicate.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures and spaces using Blender 3.x+
- Develop high-quality textures, materials, and lighting setups for realistic renderings in both Eevee and Cycles
- Document complete workflows from concept to final render, including keyboard shortcuts and command sequences
- Produce optimized 3D visualizations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
- Verbalize decision-making processes during complex modeling and texturing operations
- Identify edge cases and real-world challenges in 3D workflows
- Maintain documentation of processes and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a 3D Modeler, with focus on Blender 3.x+
- Expertise in both hard-surface modeling, organic modeling, and environment asset creation
- Strong experience with Geometry Nodes and node-based material creation
- Proficiency with Blender's non-destructive modeling workflows and asset browser system
- Knowledge of topology standards, UV mapping, and LOD creation
- Experience with screen recording software and ability to narrate workflows clearly
- Familiarity with real-time asset optimization for Unreal Engine is a plus
- Experience creating clear, structured tutorials
