Production Manager @ Triphase Technologies

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong individual who can lead and manage the production floor, specifically someone with in-depth experience in PCA manufacturing and associated processes. (Electronics background is more preferable )

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong electronics manufacturing background (MUST)
• Solid hands-on experience in PCA (Printed Circuit Assembly)
• Proficient in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) soldering processes
• Exposure to Wave soldering
• Knowledge and experience in:
• AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
• ICT (In-Circuit Testing)
• FCT (Functional Circuit Testing)
• Skilled in defect identification, root cause analysis, and technical problem-solving
• Man power Handling
• Focus on improving production yield, quality, and meeting daily/weekly billing targets
