Position: HR Generalist & Recruiter (femaleonly)
Experience- 4 years
Ctc- upto 3.6 Lpa (depends on Interview)
Working Days- 6 days
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing job offers.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Employee On-boarding & Off boarding:
Oversee the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Manage the off-boarding process, including exit interviews and handling necessary documentation.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees HR-related queries.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
Manage HR documentation, including contracts, leaves, and attendance records.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance review processes and help managers with
performance assessments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
