Job Description

• Develop an extensive working knowledge of the WFX product suite.

• Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training.

• Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software.

• Develop training materials for WFX implementation.

• Provide end-user application spport via chat, phone and email.

• Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions.

• Facilitate problem-solving between end user and WFX development staff.

• Participate with WFX development staff in testing new releases of the product.

• Develop working relationship with WFX Sales & Marketing staff to utilize product knowledge and customer relationships in support of sales efforts.

• Must be a graduate.

• Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written.

• Willing to work in US time zone.
