Job Description:
Jobizo is looking for skilled and dedicated GNM/B.Sc Nurses with 2 to 3 years of experience to work in the General Ward. The nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the ward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record patients vital signs

• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed

• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the ward

• Support patients with daily activities and post-operative care

• Keep accurate patient records and update reports regularly

• Communicate with patient families and address basic concerns

Requirements:

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification

• 2 to 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital general ward

• Registered with the State Nursing Council

• Good observation and documentation skills

• Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple patients
