    Location: Chandivali, Powai
    Department: Human Resources
    Reports to: HR Head
    Type: Full-time

    Role Overview:

    As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams by sourcing, attracting, and closing top-tier tech and product talent. You will collaborate closely with leadership, drive strategic recruitment campaigns, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting our rapid growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and niche technical roles (engineering, product, design, data, etc.).

    • Act as a strategic hiring partner to department heads, helping define talent needs and workforce planning.

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top passive talent via LinkedIn, networking, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and referrals.

    • Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and high-demand roles across multiple geographies.

    • Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment with team and company values.

    • Optimize recruitment operations through efficient use of ATS tools and recruitment analytics.

    • Mentor junior recruiters and help establish best practices in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.

    • Champion employer branding initiatives including career page content, recruitment marketing, and employee advocacy.

    • Track and report hiring metrics to leadership regularly (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity goals).

    • Partner with People Ops on onboarding experience and candidate engagement strategies.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

    • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

    • Demonstrated experience hiring for high-growth IT product or startup environments.

    • Strong understanding of technical roles, software development lifecycle, and modern engineering stacks.

    • Proficiency in ATS systems.

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

    • Passion for creating a great candidate experience and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
